ORDERING:
1. all orders are to be submitted via our online form.
2. please wait for email confirmation before paying for item(s).
3. item(s) will be reserved for 3 days after we email you the confirmation. we will lapse your order if there is no reply from you within 3 days.
PAYMENT:
1. we accept payments to our POSB/DBS savings account only. cash on delivery, meet-ups payment, concealed cash payment or cheque payment are strictly not available.
2. account number will be included in the email confirmation.
3. all payments to be made within 3 days of our email confirmation, failing which we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. for pre-order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit of total bill is required to secure order. balance to be paid within 3 days of our email informing you that item(s) have arrived.
POSTAGE:
1. unless otherwise stated, local normal postage & handling charges are included in our pricing.
2. please add an additional S$2.25 in your total bill for registered local postage.
3. we will not be held responsible for any lost mail. we strongly encourage registered postage if you're ordering in bulk.
4. all item(s) will be mailed out within 2 working days upon receipt of full payment.
EXCHANGE & REFUND:
1. all item(s) sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. we will check item(s) before mailing them out. should there be any fault, buyer has to bear the postage charges both ways.
3. please email us within 2 days upon receipt of item(s) if you find them not in good condition. we reserve the right to determine what constitutes as a defective item. personal dislike, change of mind after purchase, slight colour differences, minor thread frays or sizing issues are NOT considered as defects.
4. replacement item(s) have to be of the same value or higher should there be a need to exchange. we regret that no cash refund is allowed.
COLORS & SIZES:
1. due to different monitor settings, colours seen may differ slightly from actual product.
2. we will try our best to give the most accurate measurement for all item(s). any differences could be due to manufacturer's workmanship.
